2020-2021 Registration Information

Returning Student Registration:  If you were a student at Freedom last year, you received your registration packet in your child's school supply bag that you picked up in May.  You can simply return that to school either by email or you can drop it off in our front door vestibule in the box provided.

New Student Registration:  If you are new to Freedom, you can download all forms from the District 202 webpage.  Once you have your forms filled out, you have your birth certificate, Photo ID, and 3 proofs of residency, you can scan and email all of that information to  

If you do not have access to download forms, printed packets will be available at the school starting June 1st during the school summer hours of Mon-Thurs 8 am-3 pm.  You may fill the paperwork out, attach a copy of your needed proofs, birth certificate, and Photo ID, and return that paperwork to the school during dates and times stated, in the bins located and marked inside of the school.  

The week of July 27 (Monday-Thursday) you will be able to drop off registration 8am-3pm.  

The week of August 3 (Monday-Friday) you will be able to drop off registration 8am-3pm. 

To drop off registration information, you will enter the front door.  Inside the vestibule there will be a table with forms if needed and the bin to put all completed paperwork into.  We ask that you put everything in an envelope before putting it in the bin.
