Flags will fly at half-staff until sunset on January 28, 2025 in honor of former President Jimmy Carter, who passed away Sunday. Flags were already at half-staff to honor Illinois State Police Trooper Clay Carns, who died in the line of duty on December 23. Flags are lowered for 30 days from the death of a President or former President.

Miss Kramer's 5th grade class made gingerbread villages and found the volume of them. They had so much fun working together to create these masterpieces!

Miss Kramer's 5th grade class had a representative from the Will County Forest Preserve come out and talk to them about all of the different owls that live in Will County. Then, they were able to dissect some real owl pellets!!
